Referral Program Terms

South Central Land Management may offer referral incentives or promotional rewards for qualifying customer referrals.

Referral rewards are issued only after the referred customer’s project has been completed and the final invoice has been paid in full. Referred customers must mention the referring individual before the start of the project in order for the referral to qualify.

Only one referral reward may be issued per completed qualifying project. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, or referrals submitted after a project has already been scheduled or completed are not eligible.

South Central Land Management reserves the right to determine referral eligibility, deny fraudulent or misleading claims, modify referral reward amounts, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Referral rewards are promotional incentives only and do not establish any partnership, employment relationship, or contractual entitlement.
